Love letter to the buyer: Tell potential buyers your personal "story" of your home. Why did you originally purchase? What you will miss most; ie neighborhood gatherings, area benefits, and details only you can provide that make your home inviting.
This house has been a true blessing to us. We have entertained many friends and families over the years knowing the house could accommodate all of them. Our home provided a warm, gathering place for our sons in their school years. Our now, grown sons experienced so many memorable family and social functions in the home and in the neighborhood. The neighbors have become close acquaintances and we will miss the conversations and "fence"talks we constantly enjoyed.
