We purchased this home as the dream home. We chose a premium lot and paid extra for that and the beautiful backyard for our children to grow be happy and run free. We have lived here 12 years and must now downsize. The home is perfect for a young growing family with plenty of space over 5000 square Feet. We have celebrated numerous life events birthdays, holidays and recent graduation from high school. We most recently celebrated Christmas with 35 family members! The walk out basement offers great opportunities for family gatherings and cookout and the screened porch is a place where one can find serenity and peace.

I have actually fallen asleep on the screened porch. This home would remain my home til death had things worked out. We were hopeful to have an extended family of grandparents (generation home) relocate to the full basement but both sets of parents have unfortunately died. Now that we are older the only reason for listing the down is to downsize otherwise it’s the perfect home perfect location for a family looking for the package and room to grow for at least 10 -15 years before needing to downsize. And oh yes one other deciding factor at the time of purchase was the Olympic pool and slide that the kids saw was a must have. We have spent countless days and nights poolside.. I’m actually sad to go because a lot of lifelong memories were created here
