The crawl space has new insulation and a new vapor barrier just installed in August 2020. The entire crawl space was treated for mold.

The crawl space duct work has been replaced in August 2020 and the HVAC gas pac was serviced in June 2020.

This home is cozy yet spacious. There are many features to mention such as the 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs, the formal living and dining rooms, plus there is a kitchenette dining table in the home that is just right for intimate family gatherings. The kitchenette overlooks the backyard and the large living room. There is a sun room on the back that is a great place for houseplants and dining if desired.
