The Streets of Southpoint Mall. Convenient access to healthcare providers. Grocery stores include Harris Teeter, Food Lion, Sprouts, and Aldi's.

Are there any annual events you look forward to attending each year?

Centerfest, 5k events like Tunnel to Towers Triangle in Wake Forest, etc.

What do your monthly utility bills typically look like?

Electric only $15-75 due to solar panels. Gas around $45 average. Trash pickup, Water and Sewer combined around $45. Internet and Phone $400. Lawncare $240.

We moved here 7 years ago to be close to daughter and family, but must now downsize. The HOA and Accordant have been terrific, taking wonderful care of this small neighborhood and lake with herons and other wildlife, and the path that surrounds it, at a very reasonable fee. Love our screened-in porch and deck where we can relax in our hammocks and watch the bluebirds that regularly nest in the pretty white birdhouse. There are retaining walls that offer a convenient place for a garden. Inside, the house has a nice open transitional style with plenty of room for paintings or other wall décor. Love all the new appliances, esp. the dishwasher china cycle! Drainage is excellent...
